  • A pre-reservation of 15 days will be granted to each offer.
  • The quantities indicated in your offer can be modified by +/- 10 % until one month before date.

Confirmation of the order > Conferences > Seminars > Banquets
 

  • The number of persons indicated in the order can be modified by +/- 10 % until seven days before date.
  • Without alteration of the number of part icipants seven days before date, the number of persons given in the
    order will be taken as minimum base of the facturation.

Final confirmation of the order > Conferences > Seminars > Banquets
 

  • If the final the contract signed by the hotel, (validity recognized : E-mail) the contract is considered legally effective.

  • The number of participants has to be confirmed at latest 48 hours before the beginning of the event.
  • Up to 48 hours before the beginning of the event, a cancellation frame of 5% is granted.
  • In case the number of persons remains under, the number of participants indicated in the contract, will be credited.
  • In case the number of persons will be exceeded, the number of present participants will be credited.

  • In case of cancellation of the event or of reserved hotel rooms, the Au Parc Hôtel reserves the right to charge^cancellation fees as follows :
  • Date confirmation from 31 days before the event 10% of turnover estimated
  • From 30 to 15 days 30% of turnover estimated
  • From 14 to 4 days 50% of turnover estimated
  • From 3 to 1 days 80% of turnover estimated
  • The same day 90% of turnover estimated

A name list of all participants has to be submitted to the reservations department at latest ten days before date.
The hotel rooms are at your disposal from 2 :00 p.m. on, and have to be checked out at latest 12:00 a.m.
The visitor’s tax is not included in the above price. You will have to pay additional CHF 2.35 per person and night.

Cancellation conditions > Conference rooms only

  • I care of cancellation, the Au Parc Hôtel has the right to charge the following cancellation fees :
  • Date confirmation from 31 days before the event: 20% of the rental rate will be charged.
  • From 30 to 15 days 60% of the rental rate will be charged.
  • From 14 to 4 days 80% of the rental rate will be charged.
  • From 3 to 0 days 100% of the rental rate will be charged.
  • Fee for administrative costs of the cancellation: CHF 100.00

General cancellation conditions

  • The cancellation of the event and/or hotel rooms as well as the rental of a conference room has to be submitted written to the fax N° 026 429 56 57

Seminars

  • The responsable of the seminar has to announce his arrival at the front desk before entering the conference room.
  • He will as well inform the front desk about his departure.
  • Material damage and larceny
  • The Au Parc Hôtel declines every responsability in case of larceny or material damage.
  • The party to the contract guarantees for material damage caused by its clients.
  • The responsability of the party to the contract can not be asserted, if it has not been annouced within 24 hours.

Payment
 

  • The extras which have not been payed by the clients, will be charged automatically to the companys account.
  • All services rendered will be charged to the account.
  • Invoices that remain under the amount of CHF 100.–- have to be payed directly at the front desk
  • All invoices have to be settled within a ten-day period.
